Parents can purchase yearbooks directly through Treering anytime throughout the year using this link:

***Yearbooks must be purchased by Wednesday, April 30th for them to be delivered to Gardner Bullis for group distribution before the Memorial Day holiday***

PHOTOS NEEDED! The yearbook depends on parents to take photos and submit them throughout the year so they can be featured in the yearbook. You can upload your photos directly to the yearbook Google Drive folders anytime throughout the year before mid April (the earlier the better). There are folders for each classroom as well as folders for events, clubs, etc. Not sure which folder something belongs in? You can upload it to our “On Campus/Misc” folder and we’ll find the right place for it. Not sure which photos we want? Answer - we want them ALL! Having too many photos is never our problem so when in doubt send it along!

Don’t want to upload them yourself? You can also email your photos directly to the Yearbook Committee at gardnerbullisyearbook@gmail.com.

FAQS

Do I have to purchase a yearbook?

  • No, purchasing yearbooks is completely optional.

How much do yearbooks cost?

  • Soft cover yearbooks cost $37.63 +tax and Hard cover yearbooks cost $43.75 +tax. Each yearbook purchase price includes a $5 fundraiser which goes directly to purchasing copies of the yearbook for our teachers and staff. Thank you for your support!

When is the last day that I can order a yearbook?

  • The last day to order a yearbook and have it be delivered and distributed with the group is Wednesday, April 30th. You can still order a yearbook after that date, but you will need to have your yearbook shipped directly to your home and it may not arrive before the end of the school year to be signed by friends.

I want to see more of my child in the yearbook, how can I make that happen?

  • The more pictures we have of your child from throughout the year the better chance you’ll see their smiling face on the pages of the yearbook. You can upload your photos directly to the yearbook Google Drive folders. There are folders for each classroom as well as folders for events, clubs, etc. You can also email your photos to the Yearbook Committee at gardnerbullisyearbook@gmail.com  Having too many photos is never our problem, so when in doubt submit it.

What are custom pages and do I have to customize my yearbook?

  • Treering provides parents with the option to create 2 free personalized pages with your own pictures and memories. These pages will only be printed in your child’s individual yearbook and are your chance to add custom family memories to your yearbook. This is completely optional. To create pages, log in to Treering and follow the links to “Customize”. Custom pages must be submitted by Friday, April 25th.

How will my student receive their yearbook?

  • As long as you order your yearbook by Wednesday, April 30th, your child’s yearbook will be delivered to Gardner Bullis and distributed directly to them by their teachers before Memorial Day break. Yearbooks ordered after this date will need to be shipped to your home and may not be received before the end of the school year.
