Approaching my 22nd year with Blach, I've been fortunate to work with wonderful students and staff!  Teaching is a second career for me (my PhD is in Psychology), but I have always enjoyed math.  When I decided to change careers, I was lucky to get a "gouda" position at Blach.  (Warning: I tend to use a lot of cheese examples!).  Teaching must run in the family as my husband is a professor at Stanford (Chemistry) while my son is a professor at the University of Chicago (Philosophy)!  Although they teach college students,  I prefer working with middle school-ers since I can "brie" a bit dramatic in trying to make math enjoyable for such students!
