Having been born and raised in Los Altos and the South Bay Area, I am proud to work in the same schools that my own children attended. The first 14 years of my teaching career were at the elementary level, and that experience and perspective has helped tremendously in my dual roles of 8th grade history teacher and teacher-in-charge. I enjoy helping students navigate this interesting chapter in their lives, and I love helping them learn about our great nation’s history and how it connects to the present.
